This doco nicely summarizes what we have so far in the flow. And, because it is already present, and was already dicussed/voted some time ago, what here we are voting for? :)
I can't remember that we have ever voted on the base requirments a flow interpreter has to fullfill, the FOM and the behaviour of our first implementation: the JavaScript interpreter. And as the flow has never been released yet I think a vote is necessary.
