Cocoon tries HTTP connection on startup

It just happens, what shall I say? Cocoon works after this stack trace, but both
the connection and the stack trace are not normal.
It might be xerces trying to dereference the DTD from its public location. There is a new version of xerces out, maybe worth trying with the latest one.
