I think I found the answer myself. There is this
RepoitoryVersioningHelper which provides the functionality I searched.
Is it right that we need one VersioningHelper for each repository impl.
i.e. one for Slide?
U plan to have things like(?):
SlideRepository implements Repository
SlideRepositoryVersiongHelper implements RepositoryVersioningHelper
