I *almost* got the CocoonBeanTestCase to succeed. After adding the 
blocks' lib directories to the classpath, we still have a failure, 
because the src/webapp/test-suite/sitemap.xmap file references a file 
named stylesheets/xdoc2html.xslt that is not there! There is a file 
named "simple-xdoc2html.xsl" but using it instead gives a failure when 
checking the length of the pipeline output.

Where has "xdoc2html.xslt" gone?
