En masse. That is exactly the approach I was trying to avoid. :-(What is the primary goal - do you want simply to get rid of issues or you want to make Cocoon better? I bet many of those people who reported bugs left long time ago. Disregarding issues raised by those people is like paving the path to re-living them all over again...
