Sorry for asking another time, but is it possible to only list
issues that are *not* assigned to an individual committer?
Why? If they know their name is going to show up in the list every week, it
might encourage them to get round to applying (or rejecting) the patch
sooner... Otherwise, if someone takes ownership but then for whatever
reason never gets round to it, the patch could languish in JIRA
indefinitely.
