Currently, Ajax libraries are required for CForms, even when they are not used.
This adds over 200KB to a page, making CForms unacceptable option for
commercial, consumer websites.
For CForms to be viable option for entry forms on a commercial, consumer
website, the amount of javascript code that is bundled with CForms need to
greatly reduced.
This was not a problem in 2.1.7.
