no, what would be an appropriate process to reach a decision? (e.g.
contest + voting)
I don't think there was a formal voting although there have been
positive reactions at the time (Feb/March 2006).
I'll leave it up to you to start the voting process and if everyone
agrees, I'll start working on changing it to Maven.
