Write migration guide (Avalon -> Spring) for Cocoon components

We should provide documentation that would help our users to migrate their
components from Avalon to Sprng.
I think that whoever takes burden of migrating cocoon-template could document
her work. Block cocoon-template is an excellent example for explaining all
issues involved in migration that include:
* replacing use of ServiceManager with dependency injection (where possible)
* obtaining dependencies dynamically at runtime
* migrating test cases
