Well, that really depends on the usefulness of the parts considered. For
example even if we have no developer expert in Fourier transforms,
considering that it's a widely used algorithm that is already well
covered by the unit tests, I think we should keep it. On the other hand,
an unsupported part that is rarely useful could be dropped.

I don't see this as an issue, users relying on the removed parts can
stick to CM 3.x (or switch to Hipparchus).
