Oh, regarding the dist structure and files, looks like the documentation for 
the next step in the release process mentions the binaries/sources directories, 
and also the extra HTML files.

Not sure if it apply to all ignored tests, but some seem to be tests for issues 
in the code that need fixing. e.g. CSV-107 and CSV-135, in CSVParserTest and 
CSVPrinterTest respectively.

I noticed you have these files in [text], and now in [jelly]. But I found no 
reference in the release docs I am following [1]. Is it all right to add these 
files and the directory structure now when moving from one SVN repo to another 
one? Did you use some automated script for that?
