There is still a subscript "Apache Commons Lang (TM)" on the left.
I don't think that the ASF oak leaf image with a text qualifies as a
logo, that's merely a decorated title. We could as well just keep an SVG
oak leaf and put a plain text title next to it.
Putting "THE ASF Commons" at the top of the page makes it look like the
project was renamed. It hasn't.
