+1 to release

Sigs and hashes are good.

Changes, release notes look good.

Java build tested on openjdk versions 25.0.1, 21.0.9, 17.0.17  all on
ubuntu linux 6.14.0-35.

Native builds clean (with some warnings) under gcc (Ubuntu
13.3.0-6ubuntu2~24.04) 13.3.0
