Hey Folks, I just committed a major overhaul of your website to SVN. It now has a flexible foundation to build on (Twitter Bootstrap instead of the old table-based layout) and most importantly: primary navigation whose absence made the old site extremely hard to navigate. You can see the staging build at http://community.staging.apache.org/. ATM it feels a bit cold, it is definitely missing some colors and graphics (a nice feather somewhere? Volunteers?). It isn't live yet but it should be soon IMO because the primary navigation will make it a lot easier for our mentors and students to find the necessary information.
