No, the standard disclaimer is not enough. A session can talk about commercial 
offerings as long as it adds value. Nobody pays to speak.

People to pay for exhibition space. If we provide poster space to anyone who 
asks that undermines LFs ability to charge for vendor space and thus undermines 
the conference

Seems to me that the standard disclaimer for the presentation would be
appropriate for the posters.  I would suggest adding poster as a submission
type and collect the same basic info to make an acceptance determination.
