Hi, My company would like to learn more about the process of donating one of our OSS projects (shopify/sarama <https://github.com/Shopify/sarama>) to Apache. There is a vibrant community supporting the project, while Shopify's own development priorities shifted such that we no longer consider ourselves to be the best stewards of the project (more details here <https://github.com/Shopify/sarama/issues/2461>). If you have any guidelines on how to go about potentially converting Shopify/sarama into apache/sarama, please let me know!
