Good idea; that can probably be done by the TLP server.

Do we need to let projects who have used this service know?

I think there are a couple of projects that directly link to the
service (e.g. https://httpd.apache.org/, bottom of page)

And what about providing a copy of the data, especially the outstanding entries?
