I would suggest that you understand how projects.apache.org is maintained to 
understand that the information for releases is voluntary and less than 75% 
complete. Same with DOAP files.

Rather than eliminate every possible place that’s imperfect, please join in the 
tooling team’s efforts with ATR as we design the catalog in a way that will 
grapple with  these imperfections.
