Newton soft no conflict
The Newtonsoft.json dll still exists, but it's use is now optional.
This is the result of discovery that some plugins have become dependent on
the way the DataContractJsonSerializer works.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/purplecabbage/cordova-wp8 NewtonSoftNoConflict
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-wp8/pull/80.patch

allow use of json.net serialization via an extra optional arg.
