I don't entirely agree with this, since usually we do respond. We don't just accept things that get thrown at us, which I think is the expectation.
I think we need to make sure we come to some resolution and actually solve the problem in a timely manner. We've had both extremes of discussing a problem to death and cowboy coding, and neither extreme works well. As for getting there, I have no idea. Any thoughts?
