futon breaking in chrome and throwing errors in firefox after editing _security
for a DB

this situation happens when i edit the security object of my db. i change the
roles for readers to ["_admin"].
then back to [].
futon can not load my documents after the first change, and second.
now when i click on my db in the overview, the url that it loads is
..._utils/database.html?install/_security
i also get a pop-up error, and futon does not render any of my documents (blank
list)
