"Temporary Views" heading nested incorrectly in doc wiki

The "View Compaction" heading is one level too deep in the wiki:
http://wiki.apache.org/couchdb/HTTP_view_API#View_Compaction
It appears as a subsection of "View Compaction" and doesn't appear in the top
TOC widget. Easy fix for someone, or I'd be happy to get contrib access to the
wiki (NathanVanderWilt).
