@davisp Cool, I made those changes. Looks a lot cleaner. :) In addition to
your suggestions for the function reorganization, I put proc_with_ddoc,
teach_any_proc, and teach_ddoc just below new_proc_int because that's where
they're used. I put the reorganization changes in a non-squash-type commit to
show they're not functional changes.
