The new wiki [1] is setup (thanks Noah) and there are actually three admins: Noah., Alex and me. We are recently discussing a first structure [2] and are implementing it soon.
If you want to help or write to the new wiki, please get in touch with one of the above mentioned persons. There are already newer threads so I suggest to close this one.
