+10 (in the spirit of section 3.3) Fantastic work by everyone - many thanks. I have just a few tiny proof reading things that could be fixed, but have no big impact:
- In section 2 the links to the PMC section don't seem to take you to that section, just to the wiki page. Ditto the link to PMC Decisions in section 3.3. - Section 2.4, para 2, last sentence: "it's social structures" should be "its social structures". - Section 2.4, para 3, first sentence: "Actives" should be "Activities". - Section 4.1. The format of tags is just very slightly ambiguous: the text talks about "[TAG]" but both double-quotes and square brackets are forms of quoting and it's not quite clear which of those should be in the email subject. An example would clear up any possible confusion and give the opportunity to illustrate how multiple tags work, like [VOTE][REVISED] in this email thread.
