I really like the Learn & Discuss section, maybe we can just keep it as is
*and* have the direct link Docs in the nav bar, with a symbol that signifies
that the link is external (like you suggest). I kind of have Wikipedia in mind,
that has a little arrow type thing. I think having a direct link to the RTD
docs up top is really important in a “remove frustration” kind of way, e.g. if
I’m in JUST NEED DOCS” mode, I don’t want to learn what other stuff there is, I
want “The Docs” (I understand it is a little myopic, but I can just see myself
in that situation, and I’m sure you can, too :)
