@benkeen I love the idea of constants. I think it should be
`FauxtonAPI.constants.MY_CONSTANT`.
I think maybe add the constants to `FauxtonAPI` in app.js instead of having
it in core. I don't think it belongs in core.
We can then have the constants.js file in the same directory as app.js.
Though I'm not totally averse to having constants in core...
