Summary: Cannot create a view for a design document that doesn't
already have views in it already

1. Create a new doc
2. For the _id, type in "_design/anewdesigndoc"
3. Hit 'save', and then 'Back'
4. You should see the new design doc has a menu item in the sidebar now, click
on the plus, then 'new view' from '_design/anewdesigndoc' in the sidebar
5. Make a new view, and hit save
6. Nothing is saved
New views should be able to be saved.
