follow procedure as outlined in

by all contributors from IBM Zurich Research. Did all
other contributors already sign for any future
contributions?
11/1 All current project code already comes with Apache License
as needed.
11/15 All projects mailing lists up (not sure about exact date.
needed?).
11/27 Software Grant and Corporate Contributor License Agreement
signed by IBM Zurich Research.
