As for contents, I would say: - PodlingNameSearch results (and provide link to jira) - Software Grant and Corporate Contributor License Agreement signed by IBM Zurich Research - Infrastructure setup underway (missing JIRA due to infra issues, and code import coming soon) No dates necessary, and you might have to add community related items, and remember, community over code.
