Hi Julian, hi all

I am Adrian Schuepbach. I also work at IBM Research Zurich. My background
is operating systems, networking and message passing, reasoning and I am
working
at the lower layers of Crail, especially looking at performance.
Crail is my first Apache project (as a member, but as Animesh,
I am using various Apache projects).

Cheers
Adrian

Hi Julian and others on the dev mailing list,

Great to see that we get started with the process.

I am Animesh Trivedi. I work at IBM Research lab in Zurich. Crail is my
first Apache project, but needless to say, I have been
using/fiddling/testing various Apache projects (Spark, Hadoop, YARN, Hive,
Parquet, Impala, Flink, Arrow, etc.) for a while now. My general interest
are in distributed systems (data processing, storage formats, consensus)
with a focus on the performance.

Cheers,
