Looks good and works well. Long story short: you close it to make it available to everyone and once the vote *passed* you hit "release" which makes it official and synced with central.
On the staging, I still think we can reduce the default logs to be a single line but it can be a 0.14 enhancement, for now it is way less verbose than when you have a bunch of exclusions and it works well (tested with maven), thanks a lot!
