Gary,
I see your point with the INFO logging to maven build and will remove that and
see how we can generate a cleaner report.
However, the warnings like:

Indicate that 2 definitions for the LicenseFamilily(s) and License(s) were
defined. This is an unexpected condition and may indicate conflicting
definitions. If for example you had defined a license called W3C, this notice
would tell you that the one you wrote may not have been used. In fact this
tells me that either RAT has a configuration read issue or it is not properly
configured. Can you point me to the pom/project that generated these warnings?
