I am moving to agreeing with Gary on most of this. The recent PR removes most
(all?) of the info lines from the standard output making them debug instead.
(testing adjusted accordingly). There was one warning that really should have
been a debug and that we should have caught in testing. That too has been
fixed.
Messages like "[WARNING] Duplicate LicenseFamily category: MIT (action:
IGNORE)" I think are important and will stay because the indicate a potentially
critical issue in the configuration that could result in serious errors in
analysis.
HOWEVER, in Gary's case this is another error that we should have caught in
testing. I will start working on the solution shortly.
