If using Eclipse,
Window >  Open Perspective > SVN Repo Exploring Perspective
Right click on the current Repo > Location Properties > Remove 'incubator' from 
the url

Alterative, Right Click on the parent project > Team > Switch > Remove 
'incubator' from the url
