Hi, I am pretty new to cTakes, and need to extract fields from text note of patient. Could you please tell me which AE is suitable. Also can I have some sample code examples for my job. Attached is the sample patient note.

The patient is a 72 year old male who presents with a complaint of blood in urine. Additional complaints: LUTS (Lower urinary tract symptoms) none is described as the following : Previous PSA(s) (2.6 1/09), Gleason score 6 Note for "LUTS (Lower urinary tract symptoms)": Medicines: flomax. PSA: last 11/07 (3.4). PVR: has been as high as 370 in 3/08. only 41 in 9/08. Notes: 40 gm prostate on DRE 9/08. Went into AUR during GI procedure in 2008.
