Hi everyone, I would like to identify the segment titles (HPI, Diagnosis, Past history etc..) in plain text documents instead of using the simple segment annotator. I've seen that Ytex offers a regex annotator, but if I am not mistaken this solution requires to load UMLS into a database and so. Does cTakes offer another solution? Thanks in advance.
