Dear cTakes, I am a doctoral researcher and currently using cTakes for a research project, for which I would like to extract a list of all procedures in 50 papers.
I am new to NLP and am currently stuck at summarizing the indications. I successfully created an input and output directory and, using the clinical pipeline, can see the outcome individually per paper in the CVD. However I wonder how I can automatically summarize all procedures out of all .xmi files in the output directory into a list? A detailed explanation is not necessary, I would only like to know which tool I would have to use so I have a starting point. Thank you in advance for your help and the great program! Veerle Piette
