Why this logic to check the package name? There are features in CXF in
different packages like
https://github.com/apache/cxf/blob/master/rt/features/clustering/src/main/java/org/apache/cxf/clustering/FailoverFeature.java.
I had to create a class in my project that extends the feature from CXF and
put it in the expected package.. this logic doesn't look right.
