cxf-xjc-plugin names the marker files it uses to skip up-to-date schemas after each schema’s path. Because the path’s special characters were all replaced with _, schemas like a/b.xsd and a_b.xsd shared a marker, and the second was silently never generated, even on a clean build. The marker name now includes a hash of the full location, so every schema gets its own.
