1. `/**/` is now a `paddingStart` property on `JsonpPreStreamInterceptor`
and `JsonpJaxrsWriterInterceptor`, default
`JsonpPreStreamInterceptor.DEFAULT_PADDING_START`. The constant is gone from
`JsonpInInterceptor`, and `setPaddingStart("")` gives the old output (test
added).
2. Right, the early return skips the `acceptType` override, so invalid
`_jsonp` plus `Accept: application/x-javascript` can 406. The description now
says so.
3. `setCallbackPattern(null)` restores `DEFAULT_CALLBACK_PATTERN` instead of
throwing.
4. Fixed the comment, it now just lists the allowed characters and the
length bound.
