Pushed 67499e21. `JsonpPreStreamInterceptor` and `JsonpJaxrsWriterInterceptor` now have `setAddNosniffHeader(boolean)`, default `true`. With `false` the header isn't sent, so a deployment that uses `setMediaType(...)` to serve JSONP as `application/json` or `text/plain` keeps working.
