Eyal Allweil commented on DATAFU-184:
-------------------------------------

I've started work on this and made a rough draft of a blog post. The post can
be seen here:

I'd like to publish it simultaneously, as we've done in the past, on the
[Technology at PayPal blog|https://medium.com/paypal-tech] and in our [DataFu
blog|https://datafu.apache.org/blog].

> It would be nice to create a blog post detailing use and performance
> advantage of the new _collectNumberOrderedElements_ method added in DataFu
> 2.1.0.
>
> A complete blog post can be written and submitted as a PR, or a draft. An
> example of using this method can be found in [our
> tests|https://github.com/apache/datafu/blob/main/datafu-spark/src/test/scala/datafu/spark/TestSparkUDAFs.scala#L149].
> This task is mainly to find or create data and show the difference in
> runtimes/amount of resources necessary when using the method and vanilla
> Spark.
