Many Apache committers and PMC members can freely participate in
discussions within Apache repositories and on Apache mailing lists,
but they need specific permission from their employers before they can
join discussions in repositories outside an approved organization like
the ASF. Therefore, I think that we should move the conversation to a
location where the Apache DataFusion community can fully participate.
I made a comment on the issue recommending that we transfer it to
apache/datafusion repo [1].
