Description:
*Notify1 for a user:*
The notebook/compute <instance_name> in project <project_name> was not
successful stopped/created/terminated/reconfigured/started/image created. Now
it is in stopped status. For more information please contact DataLab
administrator.

The notebook/compute <instance_name> in project <project_name> was not
successful stopped/created/terminated/reconfigured/started/image created. Now
it is in stopped status. For more information please view logs.
