*Notify1 (instance action failed, but instance is stopped):*
DataLab failed to stop/create/start/reconfigure/create an image of/ a
notebook/compute <instance_name> in project <project_name>. Now it is stopped.
Please contact DataLab administrator to fix this issue.
*Notify2 for a user* *(instance action failed, while instance is in running)**:*
DataLab failed to stop/create/start/reconfigure/create an image of/ a
notebook/compute <instance_name> in project <project_name>, while its status in
Cloud Web Console is running. Please contact DataLab administrator to fix this
issue.
