During validation if library_name contains square bracket lib is installed cut
value of s - backlog

# User is located on Manage Library popup
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Install library snowflake-connector-python[pandas] from Python3 group
*Actual result:*
1. It's shown that library is not installed in WEB DataLab UI
2. Library is installed in instance
