Description:
(i) How to fix: During validation if library_name contains square bracket and
lib is installed cut value of square brackets.
*Preconditions:*
# User is located on Manage Library popup
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Install library snowflake-connector-python[pandas] from Python3 group
*Actual result:*
1. It's shown that library is not installed in WEB DataLab UI
2. Library is installed in instance
*Expected result:*
1. It's shown that library is installed in WEB DataLab UI
