If instance is in "Run" status action list for Instance should contain next
items in the list:

## Terminate
## Add compute (if Compute engine has "no details" status)
## Scheduler
## Create image (former Create AMI)
## Manage libraries
## Open ungit
## Open terminal should be removed from the list
If Instance is in "Stop" status action list for Instance should contain next
items in the list:
