The proposal makes sense to me, with the one caveat that I wouldn't use a
separate repo for the generated website. The tradition is to use the
asf-site branch, while the master branch could contain the source for the
site. This just removes a little bit of cruft from the listing of top level
repositories. It is analogous to gh-pages branch for GitHub Pages.
